In 2023, I moved into the Project Manager role at Halal Lab. Over those two years, I managed all the projects we worked on from the first ideas to the final delivery. I stayed in touch with the team daily, kept track of timelines, and made sure things stayed on course.

It wasn’t just management work, I still jumped into the design side when needed. Whether it was reviewing wireframes, helping with UI tweaks, or solving last-minute feedback, I stayed close to the process the whole way through.

Most of my day to day included:

• Planning what needed to get done and by when
• Keeping everyone aligned from designers to devs to clients
• Checking in regularly, adjusting things when they shift
• Helping remove roadblocks so the team could focus

It was a big shift from just designing to managing everything, but it pushed me to grow, stay organized, and learn how to lead a project from start to finish.
