Blockchain & AI Technology Center - global research institution. We're building impactful educational initiatives in Web3 and AI.
Over the past two and a half years, the Blockchain & AI Technology Center (BAITC) has been driving a series of ambitious, large-scale initiatives in Kazakhstan. In partnership with global tech leaders and national government institutions, we are focused on accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies across both public and private sectors.We are currently implementing the following flagship programs:
- AI Qyzmet — the region's first government-backed AI certification program. This initiative equips public servants with practical, sustainable skills to use AI consciously and effectively in their daily work. Plan is to educate 30 000 public servants by 2025.
- AI Corporate — a tailored program supporting private companies on their AI transformation journey. It provides strategic guidance and hands-on tools for integrating AI into operations, decision-making, and innovation workflows.
- AI People — the largest open-access AI education initiative in Central Asia, backed by international industry leaders. Over 3,500 professionals across education, healthcare, and social services have already completed the program. In 2025, we will expand to train 20,000 participants in Kazakhstan, 20,000 in Azerbaijan, and 10,000 in Pakistan, building cross-regional AI capacity.
- Decentrathon — the world's largest multi-location Web3 & AI hackathon. Launched in 2023 with 1,500+ participants in 12 cities, it grew to 19 cities and over 3,000 developers in 2024. In September 2025, Decentrathon will unite developers across 20 cities, setting a new benchmark for decentralized tech events in the region.
We’re looking for hungry, sharp, self-driven individuals to join us. This is a chance to gain experience inside live international projects and understand what it really means to manage complexity. Three interns will be selected. One of them will receive a full-time offer.
You’ll work directly with the project lead, get personal mentorship, and be part of a fast-moving, ambitious environment.
💼 Responsibilities:
- Communicate with local and international partners (with guidance)
- Organize meetings, events, and workshops, coordinate with speakers
- Communicate with contractors (editors, videographers) on tasks and timelines
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content and process support
- Offer your own ideas and take initiative
