Engineering

• Catch up: daily stand-ups, Sprint planning on Monday for a 1-week long sprint
• Communication channel: slack
• Self documentation: Notion
• Things to keep in mind
  • Better define tasks to improve daily work focus.
  • Document as much as possible progress on notion

Design

• Catch up: weekly with Enrico
• Comms channel: slack (UX/UI design channel, so also Kathi can be aware of the tasks)
• Self documentation: Notion, Google drive (upload designs in the UX and UI folder and try to keep notes/comments on a shared doc)
• what's different?
  • making sure that designs and notes are on Google Drive and not via email

Marketing

• catch up: 1 weekly call (usually on Wednesday)
• Communication channel: email mostly, some communication on Slack
• After every call Kathi will document on notion tasks assigned, and how long are they ongoing
• During the weekly catch up everyone can give an update on where they are at (i.e. task ongoing, completed, not started) at the beginning, and discuss tasks for the upcoming week
  • try to keep better track on what's going on
  • making sure all documents are available on the Google Drive
