Since everyone's project will have to be combined to exist in the same TouchDesigner project file for the live show switch/playback system, we need to standardize some things with the project architecture for everyone.

This is a first pass of the project architecture guidelines, so there may be some changes as things get further and fleshed out, but hopefully not too much will change.
