redesign with sub brand - focusing on one particular group or user. This is the idea that I want to go with, with the target audience being parents of young children (ages 1-8) and young children themselves and the idea of getting children reading earlier. I also wanted to focus on this age group as I feel the libraries have a lot of good resources for younger children but they aren't really being advertised or promoted as much as the rest of the library.

There is a specific WIFI for people under 16 which parents have to ask to connect to, this features more protection and restrictions to what can be searched while on the WIFI.
