🧭 PROGRAM OVERVIEW

A 2-month exploratory initiative , designed to research, support, and activate the builder ecosystem across Africa. This pilot focuses on deep community engagement, technical clarity, and powerful storytelling to uncover and amplify what's already working on the ground.

Running across seven countries, the program aims to test localized approaches to onboarding and sustaining builders, while generating insights and frameworks that can inform a long-term, replicable ENS onboarding model tailored to Africa's diverse contexts.


🎯 PURPOSE

  1. Onboard builders into blockchain through localized leadership
  2. Spark technical projects leveraging ENS (identity, naming, governance)
  3. Build and document a replicable, long-term ENS onboarding model
  4. Ground web3 in cultural context — through storytelling, workshops, and strategy

🌍 PHASES

PHASE 1: East Africa Activation

Countries: Tanzania , Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda

Duration: June–August 2025

Format: Pop-Up Cities, micro workshops, conference engagements, Small meetups.

Output: Regional Framewor,Country Research Docs, Docu Series, community leader onboarding.

PHASE 2: West Africa + East Africa Activation

Countries: Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia , Kenya
