2. Define the process (open for suggestions, maybe Niklas could help here as it was his idea: how to best review it asynchro or synchro?)
3. Review first batch by Wed next week
4. Publish 1st speakers on website
5. Prepare 1st draft of the schedule together with me based on 1st batch
6. Review second batch applicants by Wed 11th May
7. Close up the schedule
8. Publish the schedule on website by May 13th
