- Ability to view caseload in different formats ( Kanban/ List view / Timeline) The pros of this would be that users benefit by information being shown in different ways. Some people are able to read lists better, others benefit from Kanban boards.
- Adding tasks- the case work is a list of tasks to complete with requirements that change depending on the case. Showing these tasks in a list with checkboxes for example would allow a case worker to keep on track with the next steps and manage how they complete each case.
- Caseload- adding due dates and priorities are really beneficial for sorting and filtering for tracking purposes
- Has an inbox (not email) but shows notifications and things to complete / messages from other internal team members- ability to tag other internal members of the team
