Problem Statement

Starting a new job is exciting but often overwhelming. In their first week, new hires are expected to set up multiple accounts, understand company policies, and make benefit decisions, while trying to integrate into a new environment. At the same time, HR teams spend significant time answering repetitive questions and manually guiding employees through these steps. This slows down onboarding, reduces productivity in the first week, and increases HR workload.

Onboarding Buddy solves this by acting as a one-stop solution for new hires through:

  1. Onboarding Checklist – A clear, step-by-step list of essential setup tasks with links and instructions.
  2. AI Chat Assistant – A conversational interface where employees can instantly ask about company policies or benefits.
