About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who can bring our Voice AI products to life through compelling positioning, clear messaging, and effective go-to-market strategies. You’ll connect the dots between product, marketing, and sales — helping us define narratives that resonate with customers and position us as India’s leading Voice AI expert.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target segments: BFSI leaders, Enterprise teams, and contact center teams.
- Build narratives that communicate our value proposition clearly across multiple touchpoints.
- Create and refine pitch decks, product videos, and marketing materials for campaigns and social sharing.
2. Go-To-Market & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, features, and programs.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with buyer personas and business goals.
- Define and track key KPIs such as product adoption, pipeline influence, and win rates.
- Report on the measurable impact of marketing initiatives on growth and customer engagement.
3. Thought Leadership & Content
- Drive product-led storytelling through blogs, webinars, and industry reports.
- Partner with internal experts and customers to showcase innovations and success stories.
