The Role
As our Product Marketing Manager at Rutter, you will be a key factor in driving our growth at this stage. You will be responsible for working cross functionally with our GTM and product teams to deeply understand customer insights and product capabilities, and translate them into messaging, positioning, content, and campaigns that inspires our buyers to take action.
We are in the early days of building up a full fledged marketing team at Rutter, so this will be an amazing opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping what marketing looks like at our company!
You will:
- Deeply understand the needs of our customers and championing their needs within Rutter
- Work in partnership with our product and engineering team to create content that best represents our product and features to our target audiences
- Lead creation of positioning, messaging, and content for our products in partnership with cross-functional partners and execute on new product launches
- Partner closely with sales to develop impactful collateral such as sales assets, white papers, and case studies to explain the value of our products and enable our GTM success
- Help serve as the voice of the customer to inform and shape our product roadmap
- Create highly effective messaging & collateral to enable go-to-market teams (sales, customer success, marketing)

Skills and experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a B2B product marketing manager, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with teams across the business
- Skilled at deeply understanding customer needs and complex technology
- Experience generating content targeting developers and leadership in product or engineering
