We make a Slack app that companies purchase to allow their employees to access wellbeing tools and content (if they’re feeling okay), ask questions to therapists over message (if they’re feeling a bit ‘meh’), and book therapy or coaching sessions in just three clicks (if they need more support).

The role and the work

In short, the role is about helping Spill scale its product from 10,000 to 100,000 users.

You will be a product manager in Spill's growing product team. You will be joining a team that constantly talks to users and ships quickly.

The team currently comprises of four engineers, a product designer two growth operations people and our Head of Product. We are actively hiring for four more engineers.

Some examples of work projects would be (i) re-designing our therapy booking form based on user interviews, (ii) leading the team on internationalising the Spill product for the US or European market (iii) analysing data in Mixpanel to help prioritise feature development.
