Scope of Role and Experience

As the Product Manager, you will:

• Own the full client journey — from website visit to in-person retreat — ensuring seamless, human-centered experiences
• Define and refine the product offering and how it’s positioned in the market
• Launch new services that support clients before, during, and after guided psychedelic experiences
• Collaborate across growth, design, and operations to craft a category-leading experience
• Conduct customer research to deeply understand motivations, fears, and transformation points
• Support go-to-market initiatives such as referral networks, word-of-mouth programs, and new market exploration
