About the role
Brimble is a PaaS for developers. We’re looking for a product manager to own the roadmap, talk to users, and help us decide what to build next.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and the founders. You’ll sit in on user calls, write specs, triage feedback, run launches, and keep the team pointed at the right problems.
Because we’re a startup, you may wear multiple hats at times — including occasional developer relations work (e.g., community feedback, content, and partner/dev community touchpoints) if you’re comfortable with it.
What you’ll do
- Own product discovery — talk to users, watch how they use Brimble, figure out what’s actually broken vs what’s just loud.
- Write clear PRDs and specs that engineers can build from without 20 follow-up questions.
- Prioritise the roadmap with the founders and keep it honest.
- Coordinate launches — docs, changelog, announcement, the boring stuff that has to happen.
- Run feedback loops with the community (Discord, GitHub, support).
- Support developer relations efforts when needed (community engagement, gathering feedback, and helping shape developer-facing messaging).
- Own and run Brimble’s social channels (planning the content calendar, posting, and engaging with the community).
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years in product, ideally on a developer tool, API, infra, or technical SaaS product.
- You understand how developers think. You’ve either been one, worked closely with them, or shipped tools they used.
- Comfortable reading docs, poking at APIs, and filing a good bug report. You don’t need to code, but technical fluency is non-negotiable.
- Clear writer. Most of this job is writing.
- Opinionated but not precious — you can defend a decision and also change your mind.
