Huey serves as a career advisor and super-connector within the platform, recommending people, communities, and opportunities that align with each user’s goals.

We curate popular IRL experiences including our HuLane Traffic Light Mixer, Winning Women Conference, HuCapital Innovation Week, and Men Deserve Flowers: Wellness Fair each attracting 200–600 professionals and founders across various industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch to iteration
• Define the strategic direction and roadmap for core platform features in collaboration with leadership
• Design and run experiments to optimize user behavior, feature adoption, and growth
• Work with the data team to interpret quantitative metrics and complement it with qualitative research
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitor analyses to shape future iterations
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams to scope, build, and refine product experiences
• Prioritize feedback from users, stakeholders, and internal teams to continually improve the product
