Responsibilities

• You'll be the equivalent of a Netflix producer. But instead of producing TV shows, you'll be researching and producing hit community-led courses
• You will be working end-to-end from ideating, and designing the curriculum, to selecting speakers and hosting sessions
• You will also be engaging with learners in the cohort, ensuring a healthy learning community
• There's a lot of experimentation & reflection on how we can keep on improving our community-led courses to drive growth and deliver learning outcome

Qualifications

• Actively follows the latest tech trends and newsletters
• You need to have a keen sense of what type of course would like to be a PMF
• Enjoys community work. Great energy is a plus
• Good at project management (not necessarily a professional in project management)
• SQR, R, good with data is a plus
• Fast learner
• Open to feedback
