Goal: Streamline the product onboarding flow and post-purchase subscription UX journey for a B2B CMS that powers in-store screen content for global retail and hospitality clients

Solution: Designed the end-to-end 5-step subscription, activation, and post-purchase subscription management journey; built UI content logic and created reusable component templates; worked with Figma developers to create intuitive UX mockups; worked closely with SAP developers to map front-end events to backend triggers
