The Role

As a Product Engineer at Tendos, you are a builder with a passion for the bigger picture. This role is for a talented engineer who wants to be deeply connected to the product and its impact on our users. You will work closely with senior Engineers to translate customer needs into tangible, high-quality features. You won't just be executing tasks; you'll be a key voice in your team, contributing to the solutions that make our customers more productive.

What You'll Do

• Build High-Impact Features: Develop our core product, working on the AI agents and agentic workflows that enable our customers to be 10x more productive.
• Ensure Quality and Reliability: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. You will participate in code reviews and help maintain a high standard of quality across the codebase.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with senior Engineers and the product team to understand user problems and contribute to feature development.
• Solve Complex Problems: Tackle challenging technical issues across our full stack, from our Python backend and cloud infrastructure to our modern TypeScript frontend.

What We're Looking For (Your Profile)

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Technical Proficiency: A solid grasp of programming fundamentals. You have experience with some of our key technologies:
  • Backend: Python, Postgres
  • Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS
  • Infrastructure: Experience with GCP and Terraform is a plus.
• Product Mindset: You are curious about the "why" behind what you're building and possess a strong sense of user empathy.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with your peers.
