Responsibility
- Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
- Craft compelling UX visions, interaction specs, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Apply design best practices to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Present and effectively communicate the conceptual vision and foster ideas to help spread storytelling techniques to inspire the team.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
- Act as a thought leader in the domain of research, while advocating for people who use our products
- Weave together qualitative and quantitative insights for data-informed, complete insights
- Generate insights that shape how product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, design, data science, engineering, and marketing to identify important research questions and align on priorities
- Lead participatory and design thinking workshops with stakeholders
