You'll partner with our CTO and engineering team to create groundbreaking technology and design an experience that helps educate people globally on the ins-and-outs of business formation while also making it a magical product experience. What You Will Do

• Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and market research. You will set the design foundation for our company from the ground up, brick by brick.
• Report directly to our CTO.
• Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis with a focus on relentlessly improving our user experience through design.
• Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value.
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.
• Present your roadmap at company-wide checkins.

You Have

• 1-3+ years experience in design and are a problem solver
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Superb communication skills
• A hunger to create and improve systems, and a flexible, humble and curious mindset
• Strong organizational skills and self-sufficiency - you can balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results. You are flexible and focused on solutions.
• Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are organized and self-sufficient
