Job Description
At Navana, we are at the forefront of developing Voice AI solutions tailored for Indic languages, driving growth and innovation for large enterprises.
We’re building an enterprise-first AI Contact Center SaaS platform where human-like voice agents deliver real business impact. Our mission is to productise the Indian AI and agent ecosystem, making conversational AI that feels local, sounds natural, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
As a designer here, you will reimagine how Voice AI can serve India’s unique audiences and agent ecosystems. From small-town SMEs to enterprise-grade users, you’ll design for real Bharat.
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our design team, who’s excited to blur the line between creativity, usability, and innovation. Someone who sweats the micro-interactions, loves talking to users, owns the quality of output end to end, and can design for both delight and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design Seamless User Experiences: Craft intuitive, engaging, and high-clarity interfaces for our SaaS platform. Simplify complex workflows and craft experiences that are intuitive, seamless, and purposefully designed for clarity and ease of use.
- Be the Quality Gatekeeper: Own the QA processes for product experiences and AI agents. Test, break, rebuild, and ensure what ships is world-class.
- Wear Many Hats, Proudly: We’re a lean, high-ownership startup where you’ll collaborate with engineers, PMs, and founders, and see your designs come to life fast.
- From Insight to Interface: Turn messy user insights into clear, elegant flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect visuals. Design with empathy and precision.
- Strategic Collaborator: Partner with product and engineering teams to define design strategies, run brainstorming sessions, and champion human-centered design at every step.
- System Thinker: Work within and evolve our design system. Bring structure where it’s needed and creativity where it counts.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience designing for SaaS, AI, or tech products (bonus if you’ve worked in early-stage startups).
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design process, not just the final visuals.
