Description
Atomle are looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to play a key role in scaling the design system and supporting the broader UX goals of one of our enterprise clients. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building high-quality, cross-platform design solutions. You’ll be joining a team of designers and engineers, lead by a brilliant director of product design.
What you’ll do
- Scale and maintain the design system
- Build and maintain cross-platform Figma components and libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Design system adoption and education
- Deeply study the design system foundations and processes, providing support and guidance to teams adopting the design system while educating cross-functional partners on best practices.
- Product design
- Contribute to product design projects across web and mobile platforms as needed, with a focus on visual QA.
- Facilitation
- Confidently lead design workshops to drive alignment, adoption, and decision-making, in collaboration with design leadership.
- Collaboration
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure design solutions are cohesive, usable, and impactful.

- 3-5 years of proven experience working on, not just with, design systems and product design experiences
