We're currently seeking a thoughtful Senior Product Designer to help build beautiful and highly functional products.
The role requires a curious, empathetic, and collaborative approach to problem-solving for a large but underserved audience with a very specific need-set. We’re looking for someone who believes, as we do, in the transformative power of data. This person will be a key contributor to our human-centered product development approach, ensuring usability through testing with real people.
At Aloe Care You Will…
- Challenge Personal Biases: Speak to the human beings that will use our products early and often. Identify problems by uncovering the forces that block them in their daily experiences, not our own.
- Create Human-Centered Experiences: Design experiences across the gamut of our hardware and software user journeys that get people to their goals intuitively.
- Test Your Ideas Often: Address your creative solutions with prototypes of varying fidelity to our specified user roles using third-party tools, HTML, or by working alongside our engineers.
- React to Usability Testing: Define and design multivariate experiments (A/B tests), extract valuable information from sessions, and react to those learnings through short, iterative design cycles.
- Define a Design System: Go the extra mile polishing the micro-interactions, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand.
