Our culture is broadly collaborative and all about helping Relay succeed - when one of us wins, we all win. As Product Managers and Designers, our responsibility is heavy, and we take accountability and action-oriented solutioning seriously. You'll be given autonomy and expected to run with it to produce the awesome results we know you can achieve on our team. While we each have our own areas, we aren't siloed either - customer research, design critiques, interviews, surveys - we seek out and provide feedback for each other as much as we do ourselves.
