Open the target project in Unreal Engine.
Go to Edit > Plugins, search for Procedural Spiderwebs, and confirm the plugin is enabled.
In the same Plugins window, enable Geometry Scripting.
If you plan to use the clustering editor utility widget, also enable Editor Scripting Utilities.
Restart the editor if Unreal Engine asks for it.
Edit > Plugins.
