Something is missing, damaged or not working

Please let us know as soon as possible if you uncover a problem. Even if it is not a hindrance to you, we would like to rectify it for the next guest.

You can send us a message via your booking channel, email ([email protected]), or SMS (1-855-563-4387) if you believe something is missing from the listing, or if you need an additional item.

If you have damaged something (or found it damaged), please let us know as soon as possible and send us a photo where appropriate.

We can help with most problems remotely by message, or through our on-site staff (note: they are not available 24/7). Occasionally, however, certain repairs or maintenance issues are out of our direct control - we need to rely on third parties, such as the building's maintenance crews. They may require access to the apartment, and be unable to communicate to us or you a precise time. And we may not be able to resolve an issue prior to your check-out.
