bsport offers a service of management and booking/payment for studios in the sports/wellbeing industry. In doing so, all user information, with the exception of payment data, passes through our system. The billing data is fully managed by stripe.
bsport is responsible for the processing of data and also for your personal data (generally referred to in this privacy notice as "bsport", "our", "we" or "us").

We chose the term "partners" because a real exchange between bsport and you constitutes a real partnership since contractual.
We limit the information we collect in the database to what we believe will allow our users to make the right choice of infrastructure but also our employees to work in the best possible way. For greater ease of audit, most of the information on your structure (bookings/course cards/ invoices...) are never deleted by your actions but simply archived and are for the most part retrievable later. On simple request we are able to delete them permanently, in addition to the tax data for legal reasons.
