What we collect

Subnoted does not collect any data. It does not transmit anything to a server, and no personally identifiable information is ever accessed or stored.

How the extension works

When you clip content, the page title, URL, and selected text are held temporarily in your browser’s local storage (chrome.storage.local) to pass the content into the Substack Notes composer. This data never leaves your device.

IP addresses

We do not log or store IP addresses.

Third parties

Subnoted does not use any third-party services, APIs, or analytics tools.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of any changes.
