1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Glow Ai LLC, doing business as YoungrAi (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of the YoungrAi mobile application and all related media channels and services (collectively, the “App”).

Glow Ai LLC (“Glow Ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the YoungrAi mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1) What Information Do We Collect?

A. Personal information you provide

The information we collect depends on how you use YoungrAi and the choices you make:

• Account & Contact: email address, name or display name (if provided).
• Profile & Demographics: age range or date of birth, gender, skin type/tone, lifestyle inputs (e.g., stress/sleep habits), routine preferences.
• Wellness Inputs: answers to questionnaires or check-ins you choose to submit.
• Support: messages and attachments you send to support.

Payment data: In-app purchases (weekly subscription, lifetime access) are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not receive your full card details. Please see Apple’s privacy notice for more information.

B. Selfie Images (for analysis features)

If you use camera/photo features, we may process:

• Face images you upload (selfies).
• Age estimation and skin analysis: we generate from those images (e.g., estimated skin/face age, skin-health scores, landmarks, embeddings).

We do not sell biometric information. We use it only to provide the features you request (e.g., age reveal, skin analysis, progress tracking) and as otherwise described in this Policy.
