The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about how Panini uses your personal data. We recommend you should read it carefully. By using our mobile application available on Android and iOS devices (each, our “App”), and/or other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”) you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you may not use the Services. Your use of, or participation in, certain Services may be subject to additional terms which will be presented to you when you access those Services.
Personal information items to be collected by Panini are as follows:
Panini may collect the information directly provided by the users.
Registration Information. When you download the App and create an account ("Account"), we may collect certain information ("Registration Information") about you, such as Name, Mobile Number, Sex, Date of birth, Photograph, Teaching and learning language preferences.
Mobile Device ID. Your mobile device’s unique ID number (e.g., IMEI, AD ID).
Geolocation. With your permission, your mobile device’s geographic location (GPS) when you first register for Panini through our mobile app or when you enable location services within the app.
Device Information/Specifications. Technical information about your computer or mobile device (e.g., type of device, web browser or operating system, IP address) to analyze trends, administer the site, prevent fraud, track visitor movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information.
Usage Information. How long and in what manner you use Panini, which services and features you use and any content that you generate through and post on Panini. This includes browsing and search history (including profiles you have viewed). We link your subscriber information with your activity on Panini across all your devices using your phone number.
Cookies. Cookies are small files that your browser stores on your device in a directory designated specifically for this purpose. These cookies can be used for example to find out whether you have already visited a website. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. Nevertheless, you can change the settings in your browser, so that no cookies are stored or so that your explicit agreement is required before any cookies are stored. Besides of information directly provided by the users, Panini may collect information in the course that the users use the service provided by Panini.
