The privacy of your data — and it is your data, not ours! — is a big deal to us. In this policy, we outline: what data we collect and why; how your data is handled; and your rights to your data. We promise we never sell your data: never have, never will.

This policy applies to all products built and maintained by Faia Brand Pte Ltd, including The Pack.

What we collect and why

Our guiding principle is to collect only what we need. Here’s what that means in practice:

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

Identity & access

When you sign up for our newsletter, we typically need identifying information such as your name and email address. If you wish to stop receiving emails, there’s an unsubscribe button in every email.

If you wish to have a trial of one of our services, we may invite you to fill out a questionnaire that asks for information such as your name and email address, and responses to some questions like "Why do you wish to join?" This helps us decide whether our platform is a good fit for you.

If you wish to join our paid services, you will need to provide your information such as your name and email address to use the services. Other information (such as date of birth) is optional.

Billing information

When you pay for a paid service, we ask for your credit card and billing address. That’s so we can charge you for service and send you invoices. Your credit card is passed directly to our payment processor and doesn't ever go through our servers. We store a record of the payment transaction, including the last 4 digits of the credit card number and billing address, so we can keep records of account history, invoicing, and billing support. We store your billing address to calculate any sales tax (depending on your country such as VAT, GST, etc), to detect fraudulent credit card transactions, and to print on your invoices.

Website interactions

When you browse our website pages, social media or online services, your browser automatically shares certain information (such as which operating system and browser version you are using). We track that information, along with the pages you are visiting, page load timing, and which website referred you, so we can get statistics such as conversion rates and to also test new designs. We sometimes track specific link clicks to help make design decisions. These web analytics data are tied to your IP address and your user account if applicable.

Cookies and Do Not Track

A cookie is a piece of text stored by your browser to help it remember your login information, site preferences, and more.

We do use some cookies to make it easier for you to use our applications, to store your preferences, and support analytics. You can adjust cookie retention settings in your own browser. To learn more about cookies, including how to view which cookies have been set and how to manage and delete them, please visit: www.allaboutcookies.org.

At this time, our sites and applications do not respond to Do Not Track beacons sent by browser plugins.

Voluntary correspondence (eg via email)

When you write to us with a question or to ask for help, we keep that correspondence, including the email address, so that we have a history of past correspondences to refer to if you reach out in the future.
