This Privacy Policy describes how Danyil Aharkov ("I", "me", or "my") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the VIO mobile application.

1. Information I Collect

Authentication Data I collect your email address when you sign in via Firebase Authentication. This is used solely to identify your account and secure access to your data.

Audio Recordings VIO records audio during meetings at your explicit request. Audio files are stored locally on your device and may be uploaded to my servers for transcription and AI processing. Your audio is never shared with third parties.

Transcripts and Text Data Audio recordings are processed to generate text transcripts and AI-powered summaries. This content is stored on my servers and linked to your account.

Payment Information In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. I do not collect or store your payment card details. I receive only confirmation of successful transactions from Google.

I use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the VIO service
• Generate transcripts and AI summaries of your recordings
• Manage your subscription and purchases
• Improve the accuracy and quality of AI features

Your data is stored on secure servers. Audio files are also stored locally on your device. I implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
