Welcome to The Loop. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application ("The App"), which operates as a private social network for golfers.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the core functionality of The Loop, we collect the following types of information:

• User-Generated Content (UGC): We request access to your device's camera and photo library. When you grant this permission, we collect the photos and videos you actively choose to upload to the App.
• Account Information: Basic information required to create and maintain your account, such as your email address and display name.
• Gameplay Data: Golf scores, stats, and round information that you input into the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

The Loop is designed as a private space for you and your friends. We use your information strictly to operate the App:

• To share your uploaded photos, videos, and scores exclusively with the private group or "Crew" you are participating with.
• To generate automated round summaries and statistics for your private group.
• To provide necessary app functionality, customer support, and security monitoring.

3. Data Storage and Security

We use Supabase, an industry-standard backend-as-a-service, to securely host our database and store your media (photos and videos). All data is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections.

4. No Ads and No Data Selling

We believe your data belongs to you.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or User-Generated Content to any third parties. * We do not run advertisements in the App. Your data is never used for targeted advertising.

5. Content Moderation

Because The Loop hosts User-Generated Content, we provide an in-app "Report" feature. If content is reported by a user, it is immediately hidden from the feed and reviewed by our moderation team. We reserve the right to remove content or block users that violate our community standards or Apple's App Store guidelines.

6. Account and Data Deletion
