NEXTEON LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the The Aesthetic Clock mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use The Aesthetic Clock.

1. Our Privacy Philosophy

We believe your documents belong to you, and you alone. The Aesthetic Clock is designed to be a completely private, offline-first application. We do NOT collect, store, share, or sell your personal data.

2. Data Collection and Storage

We do not collect any personal information.

• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account to use The Aesthetic Clock.
• Local Storage Only: All documents, scans, signatures, and metadata created or imported into The Aesthetic Clock are stored locally on your device (or in your personal iCloud Drive, if you have enabled system-level backups).
• No Remote Servers: We do not transmit your files to any external servers owned by NEXTEON LLC. We have no access to your documents.

3. Device Permissions

To function properly, The Aesthetic Clock may request access to certain features on your device. These permissions are used strictly for local processing:

• Camera: Used solely to scan physical documents.
• Photo Library: Used to import images for scanning or to save exported documents.
• FaceID / TouchID: Used to secure your vault. Authentication data is handled entirely by the Apple Secure Enclave on your device; we never receive your biometric data.

4. Third-Party Services

Since The Aesthetic Clock is distributed via the Apple App Store, Apple may collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (such as crash reports or installation counts) in accordance with their own privacy policy. NEXTEON LLC does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs (like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) that track your individual behavior.

5. Data Retention

Because we do not collect your data, we have no data to retain. If you delete the The Aesthetic Clock app from your device, all data stored within the app’s sandbox is permanently deleted (unless you have separately backed it up to iCloud or another external location).
