Tab Radio is a Chrome extension developed by Optiminimal. This Privacy Policy explains what information Tab Radio collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

Tab Radio processes audio from the user’s active Chrome tab locally in the browser after the user starts the extension. Tab audio is not uploaded to our servers.

When a user signs in or upgrades to Tab Radio Pro, we may collect limited account and purchase-related information, such as:

• Email address or account identifier • Pro entitlement status • Plan type, such as monthly or lifetime • Payment provider customer, checkout, subscription, or transaction identifiers • Basic server logs needed for security, debugging, and service operation

Tab Radio does not store credit card numbers. Payment details are handled by our payment provider, Creem.

1. How We Use Information

We use the information only to:

• Provide Tab Radio’s core audio features • Verify Tab Radio Pro access • Start and complete checkout • Maintain subscription or lifetime purchase status • Prevent fraud or abuse • Provide support • Improve reliability and security

We do not sell user data. We do not use user data for advertising. We do not upload or store tab audio.

1. Audio Processing

Tab Radio captures audio from the active tab only after the user starts the extension. The audio is processed locally in the browser to apply radio-style filters, ambient texture, burst effects, and volume controls.

Tab Radio does not send the captured tab audio to Optiminimal servers.

1. Third-Party Services

Tab Radio may use third-party services to operate the product, including:

• Creem for checkout and payment processing • Google authentication for sign-in and account verification • Hosting and backend providers for entitlement verification and service operation

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
