This privacy policy applies to the SpiritCo app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Eddy Siow Wei Seng (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
All songs, music, and spirit images generated or created through the Application's AI features are the exclusive property of SpiritCo (represented by the Service Provider). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any intellectual property rights or ownership over the generated content. All rights remain reserved by the Service Provider.
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The operating system you use on your mobile device
Note on Location Data: The Application does not gather precise real-time GPS location. We may use your IP address to determine approximate geographical location for analytics and to improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email, Name, age, and UserID. This information is used for account management and to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
