Smart WiFi FTP Server Pro ("we," "us," or "Our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our mobile application.

1. Information Collection and Use

Smart WiFi FTP Server Pro is designed to work as a local FTP server. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or data from your device to our own servers or any third parties.

• File Access: The app requires permission to access your device's storage (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) solely to enable the FTP server functionality. This allows you to transfer files between your device and other devices on your local network. Your files remain on your device and are only transmitted to devices you specifically connect to via the FTP protocol.
• Network Information: The app requires access to your network state (ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, INTERNET) to function as a server on your local Wi-Fi network. This information is used only to manage the connection and is not collected or stored.

2. Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. All operations are performed locally on your device.

3. Permissions

The app requests the following permissions for the reasons stated:

• Storage Access: To read and write files during FTP transfers.
• Wi-Fi/Network: To create a local server connection.
• Foreground Service: To keep the FTP server running while the app is in the background.
• Post Notifications: To show the status of the running server.
• Wake Lock: To prevent the device from sleeping while a file transfer is in progress.

4. Security

Since FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is inherently unencrypted by default, we recommend using the app only on trusted private networks. Any data transferred over an unencrypted FTP connection may be visible to others on the same network.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
