Scroll Labels is a Chrome extension that helps users save and revisit labeled scroll positions on webpages.

1. Data We Store

Scroll Labels may store the following data locally in the user's browser:

• User-created label names
• Page URLs or page identifiers
• Page titles
• Saved scroll positions
• Extension settings
• Small webpage text snippets used to restore label positions accurately

If a user creates labels on pages that contain personal communications, such as chat pages, email pages, messaging pages, or comment threads, the locally stored text snippets may include small portions of that page content.

2. How We Use Data

Scroll Label uses stored data only to provide its core functionality:

• Creating labels on webpages
• Displaying labels on the page
• Saving scroll positions
• Returning the user to saved scroll positions
• Restoring labels when the user revisits the same page
• Improving label restoration when a webpage layout changes
