Local Storage:
- All photos and project data are stored locally on your device
- Auto-deletion of photos after 30 days (for free users)
- Data is stored in the app's secure sandbox
- We do NOT upload your photos to our servers
- Local storage of user preferences and usage statistics

Cloud Storage (Optional):
- If you enable iCloud backup, your data may be stored in your personal iCloud account
- This is controlled by your iOS settings, not by us
- We do not have access to your iCloud data

Subscription Data:
- Subscription information is managed by Apple and RevenueCat
- We receive only anonymized subscription status (premium/free)
- Payment information is handled entirely by Apple

Security Measures:
- Industry-standard encryption for data transmission
- Secure token-based authentication with RevenueCat
- Regular security updates and patches

- Cancel or modify your subscription at any time

Opt Out of Analytics:

- iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable for SiteAlign Pro

**Children's Privacy**
- SiteAlign Pro is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

**Data Retention**
- Photos and Projects: Stored locally until you delete them
Subscription Data: Retained as long as your subscription is active, plus 1 year for compliance
Analytics Data: Retained for 90 days, then anonymized

**International Users**
- SiteAlign Pro is operated from Canada. If you are located outside of Canada, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in Canada.

**Changes to This Privacy Policy**

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending an in-app notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
