Shark Land ("we", "our", or "us") operates a school management

mobile application ("the App"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Account information: name and email address when you register.
• Children's information: names and photos shared by school staff.
• Media: photos and videos uploaded by teachers and managers.
• Usage data: attendance records, schedules, and payment records within the school system.
• Device tokens: push notification tokens to send you updates.
• Crash reports: anonymous diagnostic data to fix bugs (via Sentry).

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use this information solely to operate the school management

features of the App: attendance tracking, scheduling, announcements,

media sharing, and payment records.

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following services:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, push notifications) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Sentry (crash reporting) — sentry.io/privacy

DATA RETENTION

Your data is retained as long as your school account is active.
