SalesFlow – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application SalesFlow (hereinafter, “the App”), developed by Abdul Muiz (hereinafter, “the Developer”), handles user data and privacy.
1. No Personal Data Collected by Default
SalesFlow does not collect, store, or transmit personal data from users by default.
- The App does not require an account or login for basic access.
- Order inputs and preferences are stored locally on the device unless enterprise syncing is enabled.
- The App does not share data externally unless integrated with your ERP.
2. Enterprise ERP Integration (If Enabled)
When integrated with an ERP system at the enterprise level, SalesFlow may access and display sales-related data — with the customer's explicit configuration and consent.
- Integrations are configured and managed by the enterprise.
- The App functions as a digital interface for order entry and status tracking, not as a storage system.
- All synced data remains governed by the enterprise’s data policies and infrastructure.
3. Local Notifications
The App may use local notifications to alert users about order updates, delivery status, and performance metrics.
- Notifications are generated on-device based on available or synced data.
