PromptManager ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide while using the PromptManager Chrome Extension.

a. Local Data Storage

All prompt data (titles, bodies, tags, and favorites) you create using the PromptManager extension is stored locally on your device by default. We do not collect or transmit this information to any external servers.

b. Optional Syncing (if enabled)

If you enable syncing with third-party services (e.g., Notion) via our Settings page:

• You will need to authenticate with the third-party service.
• We access only the minimum data required to sync your prompts.
• Your credentials are never stored by us; authentication is handled securely via OAuth where applicable.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and improve the core functionality of PromptManager.
• Sync prompts to your chosen platforms (only if you enable syncing).
• Enable UI preferences (e.g., dark mode, shortcuts, or categories).

We do not:

• Collect any personally identifiable information (PII).
• Sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.
