This Privacy Policy describes how Playwright Test Results for Jira ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and discloses information, and what choices you have with respect to the information.

2. Data Storage and Residency

We do not host any external servers. This App is built on the Atlassian Forge platform. All data generated or processed by the App (including test results, execution times, and status logs) is stored securely within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem using the Atlassian Forge Storage API. Your data remains within your Atlassian instance and is subject to Atlassian's data protection standards.

3. Information We Collect

The App collects only the data explicitly sent by your Playwright test reporter:

• Test execution summaries (Pass/Fail/Skip counts).
• Test case titles and duration.
• Browser/Project names (e.g., Chromium, Firefox).
• Timestamps of test runs.

We do not collect personal information (PII), source code, or screenshots. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

4. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Display test results within the Jira Issue panel.
• Maintain a history of recent test runs (last 5 runs) for comparison.

5. Data Access and Security

• Access: Only authorized users with access to your Jira instance can view the data.
• Security: Communication between your CI/CD pipeline and Jira is secured via HTTPS and a unique, app-generated authentication token.
