NEXTEON LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the PROOF mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use PROOF.

1. Our Privacy Philosophy

We believe your data belongs to you, and you alone. PROOF is designed to be a completely private, offline-first application. We do not collect, store, share, or sell your personal data.

2. Data Collection and Storage

We do not collect any personal information. In theory PROOF can run offline.

• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account to use PROOF.
• Local-First Storage: All data, logs, and metadata created or imported into PROOF are stored locally on your device.
• No Remote Servers: We do not transmit your files to any external servers owned by NEXTEON LLC. We have no access to your information.
• iCloud Backup: PROOF utilizes Apple’s iCloud for data backup and synchronization across your devices. This data is stored in your personal Apple account and is encrypted according to Apple's security standards. We cannot access this data.

3. Device Permissions

To function properly, PROOF may request access to certain features on your device. These permissions are used strictly for local processing:

• Notifications: Used solely for local reminders or alerts you set within the app.

4. Third-Party Services

Since PROOF is distributed via the Apple App Store, Apple may collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (such as crash reports or installation counts) in accordance with their own privacy policy. NEXTEON LLC does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs that track your individual behavior.

5. Data Retention

Because we do not collect your data, we have no data to retain. If you delete PROOF from your device and remove the associated data from your iCloud, all information is permanently deleted.
