Our mission is to provide you with accurate Net Profit analytics (Revenue - Expenses) while maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy. We only process data that is strictly necessary to calculate your business metrics.

To provide our services (profit tracking, expense management, and analytics), we access the following types of information from your Shopify account:

🛍️ Merchant Information

• Your name, email address, and store URL.
• Shopify plan details to optimize app performance.

📦 Store Data (Required for Calculations)

We access the following data via Shopify’s API to calculate your Net Profit:

• Orders & Transactions: Order IDs, amounts, shipping costs, taxes, and refunds.
• Products & Variants: Product names, SKUs, and inventory levels.
• Customers: Basic customer details associated with orders (strictly for order mapping, not for marketing).
• Inventory Costs: Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to calculate margins.

💳 Custom Expense Data

Any additional data you manually input into Onyx Flow (e.g., ad spend, custom monthly expenses, one-time fees) is stored securely and associated with your store account.
