OnePDF (“OnePDF”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an offline PDF utility for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how OnePDF handles information when you use the app.

Summary

OnePDF is designed to process files locally on your device. Your selected PDFs, images, text files, Markdown files, HTML files, Word documents, PowerPoint files, and Excel files are not uploaded to OnePDF servers for conversion, compression, merging, splitting, previewing, or exporting.

OnePDF does not require an account, login, or cloud storage connection.

Information Processed Locally

When you choose files in OnePDF, the app may access the files you select through the Android system file picker or Android Storage Access Framework. These files are used only to complete the action you request, such as converting images to PDF, compressing a PDF, merging PDFs, splitting a PDF, previewing a PDF, or exporting a PDF to another format.

OnePDF may store limited local records on your device so the Library and recent files features can work. These local records may include:

Output file name

Output file URI or folder URI

File type

File size

Page count when available

Tool used to create the file

Created date

Reader bookmarks or annotations that you create inside the app

App settings such as the selected output folder and Pro unlock state

These records are stored on your device. They are not sent to OnePDF servers.

Files and Document Content

OnePDF does not collect, transmit, sell, or share the content of your documents. File conversion and PDF operations are performed on device.

The app uses Android file permissions only for files or folders you explicitly choose. You can revoke file or folder access in Android system settings, delete generated files from your device, or clear the app’s data at any time.
