1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the One app (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) handles information when you use our calendar and reminders application. We respect your privacy and aim to be clear about our practices.

2. Data we use

2.1 Data you create

The App stores the information you enter, including:

• Events: title, date, time, all-day flag, repeat and alert settings, notes
• Reminders: title, date, time, completion status, completion date (if set), repeat and alert settings, notes

This data is stored on your device and is used only to provide the App’s features (calendar, reminders, notifications).

2.2 Data we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or other contact information. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking that identifies you across other apps or websites.

3. Where your data is stored

3.1 On your device

Your events and reminders are stored locally on your device using the device’s storage. You can remove all data by deleting the App.

3.2 iCloud (if you use sync)

If the App uses iCloud/CloudKit to sync your data across your devices, that data is stored in your iCloud account and is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy and iCloud terms. We do not have access to the contents of your iCloud data; sync is managed by Apple.

4. Notifications

The App uses local notifications (scheduled on your device) to remind you of events and reminders. These are created and stored only on your device. We do not send push notifications from our servers. Notification content (e.g. title and time) is not sent to us.

5. In-app purchases

If you make in-app purchases (e.g. subscriptions), payment is processed by Apple. We may receive information from Apple that a purchase was made (e.g. to unlock features), but we do not receive your payment details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payment and Apple ID data.
