1. Introduction This Privacy Policy applies to the Morse Pro - Learn and Practice app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Vlad Yakimov (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

2. Information Collection and Use The Application is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location data.

3. Local Data Storage The Application uses your device's local storage (localStorage) to save your preferences and progress. This includes:

• App Settings: Volume, WPM speed, tone frequency, and keyer mode (Straight/Iambic).
• Performance Statistics: Your WPM history, error rates, and "trouble letters."

This data is stored strictly on your device. The Service Provider has no access to this data, and it is removed if you uninstall the Application or clear the app's data in your device settings.

4. Device Permissions The Application may request the following sensitive permissions to function:

• Audio/Vibrate: The app generates audio tones (using the Web Audio API) to simulate Morse code signals. It does not record audio or access your microphone.

5. Third-Party Services The Application does not integrate with third-party analytics or advertising networks. However, the Application uses standard web technologies which may technically interact with external services to load assets:

• Google Fonts: The Application loads font styles from Google Servers. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy regarding how they handle IP addresses for font requests.

6. Children’s Privacy The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

7. Security Since the Application does not transmit your data to any server, there is no risk of your personal data being intercepted in transit by the Application. Your progress is as secure as your physical device.
