In short: Your voice diary is yours. We don't read, listen to, or sell your data. We don't use it for advertising. You can delete everything at any time from within the App.
Article 1 (General)
KOE (the "App") is an iOS application that supports voice-based communication between partners. The App collects and manages user information to the extent necessary to provide its features.
Article 2 (Information Collected)
The App collects the following categories of information:
- Content you create — voice recordings and text generated through speech recognition
- Account information — user identifier, nickname, and partner connection information. When using Apple Sign-In, email address and name may also be provided by Apple
- Subscription information — purchase history and subscription status
- Usage and device information — app settings, anonymized usage data, and information necessary for push notifications
Article 3 (Speech Recognition)
Speech recognition is processed on your device whenever possible. On some devices or iOS versions, real-time recognition may use Apple's speech recognition servers. In either case, the App itself does not store or send your audio to any server other than for syncing with your partner.
Article 4 (Purpose of Use)
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Storing, sharing, and syncing voice and text data with partners
- Providing, improving, and maintaining App features
- Authentication, session management, and account management
- Subscription management and payment processing
- Error analysis and security improvement
- Delivering push notifications
