JobBill is a local-first invoicing app for freelancers, contractors, and small businesses. Your data is stored on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Information We Collect

JobBill does not collect personal data from you through our own servers.

Information you create in the app, such as client details, invoices, estimates, line items, notes, payment instructions, and business profile information, is stored locally on your device.

How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used only to provide the app’s features, including:

Creating and editing invoices and estimates

Managing clients and line items

Generating PDF exports

Showing reports and business summaries

Supporting backup and restore when you choose to export or import a backup file

Data Storage

JobBill stores your app data locally on your device. We do not store your invoice or client data on our own servers.

Exports and Sharing

When you choose to export a PDF, share a document, or export a backup file, the content is created on your device and shared only through the actions you choose.

Subscriptions

JobBill offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment information.
